Guide to Maintained Contracts

Maintained vehicle contracts are a hassle free and simple way to keep your vehicle on the road. Maintaining your vehicle properly is crucial to ensuring that your vehicle is kept in a good working order. As well as keeping your vehicle on the road, regular maintenance is important to help stop you incurring any charges at the end of your agreement. In order to not be charged at the end of your contract your vehicle must be within the BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines.

In order to help you keep on top of your vehicle maintenance, we offer the opportunity to upgrade all our vehicle contracts to include a fixed monthly maintenance cost. These maintained vehicle contracts generally include*:

- Cam belts

- Wiper blades

- Alternators

- Starter motors

‚ÄĘ Unlimited premium brand tyres via our UK wide chain of fitters and mobile engineers (excluding replacements due to misuse)

‚ÄĘ MOT Tests (from 3 years onwards)

There are numerous benefits included when you upgrade to one of our maintained contracts. Such as:

‚ÄĘ Planned fixed cost budgeting

‚ÄĘ No unexpected maintenance costs

‚ÄĘ Protection from rising inflation costs

‚ÄĘ Dedicated qualified technical team to deal with any problems you may be experiencing with your vehicle

‚ÄĘ On business contract hire, VAT is 100% recoverable on the maintenance element of your contract (subject to your VAT registration)

*Please note, coverage of maintenance differs slightly depending on your funder. It is up to you to check your maintenance agreement in full before placing your order. Please speak to a member of our team to discuss this further.
